Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan (AD&D)
Chemcel Federal Credit Union is interested in protecting your family's financial stability. That's why Chemcel has partnered with CUNA Mutal to provide a plan that would make accident insurance coverage an important added benefit to our Credit Union Membership.
Chemcel FCU provides each account holder between the age of 18 through 69, a $2,000.00 AD&D benefit at no cost. Simply complete the enrollment form, mail it in and CUNA will mail you a certificate. This policy will not require renewing. As long as you have your credit union account and the credit union maintains this program, you will have this coverage. Members can increase the coverage amount at anytime by selecting a plan in addition to the provided coverage. Premiums will be deducted from your account automatically.
