Our audio reponse system can be used day or night, 7 days a week. To access your account, you will need your account number and a PIN. If you do not have a PIN or forgot your PIN, please contact the Credit Union.
Helpful tips for audio response system:
You may override the vocal information at anytime by entering the touchtone input.
You may return to the main menu at anytime by pressing the star (*) key.
Select:
- Option 1 for English - Option 2 for Spanish
- Enter your account number followed by the pound (#) sign.
- Enter your PIN - Personal Indentification Number
The following ID numbers enable you to access your various accounts.
Share-Savings 01-09
Share Draft 10-15
Money Market 16-17
Holiday Club 25
IRA Share Savings 20-24
Loans 51-90
For transfers and withdrawals enter monetary amounts in whole dollars.
Example: Enter 20 # then 00 for $20.00
Enter 20 # then 50 for $20.50

- Transfer funds between accounts
- Get account and loan balances
- Verify checks have cleared
- Make loan payments from savings or checking accounts
- Request check by mail withdrawals from your account
- Verify deposits and loan payments
- Place stop payments
- Obtain dividend information
- Receive account history
